Terms and conditions

1. Role of the platform

  • flitzerr matches customers and providers
  • The service contract is concluded between customer and provider
  • The platform does not itself become the service provider

2. Request and offer

  • Requests are free and non-binding
  • Offers contain a fixed price and arrival time and are valid for a limited period
  • Accepting one offer automatically declines all others

3. Prices and payment

  • The accepted fixed price is binding; extra work requires the customer’s consent
  • Payment after completion via the platform, invoice as PDF
  • The customer invoice is issued by the platform in the name and for the account of the provider; the provider remains the issuer and responsible for the tax details
  • Tips are voluntary and go to the provider in full

4. Platform fee and payout

  • 12% of the job value, no base fee
  • Weekly payout to the provider

5. Provider obligations

  • Trade registration, insurance and required qualification certificates
  • Keeping the promised arrival time or cancelling in good time

6. Cancellation and no-shows

7. Disputes

8. Reviews

  • Separate profiles for the customer and provider role, no transfer between them
  • Reviews only after a completed job
