1. Controller

- Name, email and phone number at registration
- For provider accounts additionally trade registration, craft card and insurance for approval
- The identity check (ID, name, date of birth) is carried out by our payment partner Stripe — we store only the result, no ID document
- Separate billing of customer and provider accounts
3. Location data
- Location for matching nearby providers
- During a running job, the provider’s live position for tracking
- Background location only with express consent and only in provider mode
4. Job data
- Description, photos and address of the request
- Shared with the providers asked within the radius
- Chat history between customer and provider
5. Payment data
- Processing via the payment service provider
- Payouts to providers, platform fee
- Invoices and statutory retention periods
6. Push notifications
- Device tokens for requests and status updates
- Revocable via the system settings
